Done an initial observation on Futaba Shiroko. Prognosis, in my opinion, is that she suffered an acute mental breakdown resulting in psychosis. While I do not believe she is suffering from any auditory or visual or scent based hallucinations, she does seem to be in a state of paranoid delusion, in that she believes her activities to keep Duel Spirits from preforming criminal acts are being hindered by a conspiracy by the now visible Magical Citadel of Endymion, a Duel Spirit Nation State.

Gist of delusions focus on that she believes loved ones close to her have either been replaced by shape shifters from Endymion, have been brainwashed, or are in general cahoots with the city, especially one of its political leaders, Susan De Ray. Said paranoia resulted in the precipitating attack on her sister and her public breakdown. As a result, she remains hostile and suspicious, resulting in persecutory delusions.

As well, she claims to have a "Plan" to deal with the nation state, but I believe for the most part, this goes into the general delusions she's suffering.

Causes for the breakdown seem to consist of the fact patient was sleeping on average, only 4 hours a day for the last 3 years, potentially excusing weekends. As well, recent family related stressors concerning her mother and academic pressure should be weighed. Additional basis could also be based on the fact that she, like I, was the victim of duress and torture for approximately 1 week, and the compounded issue of the recent "Solidifying" of Duel Spirits in and around Japan.

In laymen's terms, she went crazy because she wasn't sleeping enough, and basically went through extreme mentally exhausting events, on top of all the cards coming to life, as far as I can tell. Also, Faitayuu Onnifuji's attempted rape.

Personal thought is she may calm down should Endymion leave Earth, which it is scheduled to do so within a month. I plan to reevaluate her at such time.

As well, I doubt interference from the virus that's been passing around. Due to apparent experimental medical treatments preformed on her, she has a greatly enhanced immune system that suppresses most if not all illness, and was probably the only thing keeping her running in recent months due to the amount of nonsense going on.

However, for those who would suggest on moving her to a more proper mental health facility, patient is in position of devices that, given her choosing, would allow her to escape said facility potentially of her own choosing. While yes, risky to keep her here, I do believe she will be in greater danger as well as being a danger to others if moved. Issue results from the fact, and uh, this is probably a bit odd...

She can make clawed gauntlets capable of cutting Diamond and Titanium with ease appear out of thin air. As a result, I think she's best off ultimately on watch. As well, she seems to vaguely trust me enough that she may delay another episode. Moving her could just aggravate and intensify her psychotic state further.

As for myself, if the staff, due to me being tortured alongside her, believe me unfit, I will undergo any testing they believe necessary and resign if I do not seem to be in a state of fit mental health.

As well, should Futaba Shiroko be allowed to return to the Academy, I do believe she should be disciplined on some level, as at the time of her sister's strangulation, she was of relatively "Sound Mind". However, from personal experience with her sister, I doubt her sister will press for charges and will likely push for psychiatric rehabilitation first and foremost, though there seems to be some stigma on medicating (Which might be ineffective should her immune system at current pump it out...)

Though, I do believe she should ultimately be removed from the student council, if she returns, until such time she is of better health.
