[Private to Erland Eusebius]

I have your girlfriend if you're curious, though, I would like to talk to you about her.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 01:10 am (UTC)(link)
...Great.

You didn't screw with her mind, did you?

Though, better you, than her rushing off against Virus then.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
I don't screw. I examine and test. And I'm... concerned, as is my job.

Poor thing took 3 blows from one of my heels before she crashed.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
...that's not much comfort, you realize.

...mm... she's been through a lot, so I'm not surprised there.

...why were you hitting her with your heels of all things?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
You make it sound like I'm some sort of monster.

Well, it's more her illness.

Saw her marching towards the monorail. Had to think fast.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 02:45 am (UTC)(link)
Aren't we both? The difference is in our values.

Her DID, or something else?

Well, I appreciate you keeping her away from a worse situation, at least... though I still have to wonder at the methods.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:04 am (UTC)(link)
I do what is necessary.

Her DID correct. Do you plan on encouraging it.

Would you prefer her brain collapsed due to seeing me?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:14 am (UTC)(link)
Mm...

Why do you say that?

...how?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:40 am (UTC)(link)
Hm?

... Just. Observing her. And maybe it's silly, but it seems a bit unethical to encourage the multiple personalities.

One of those "A mere mortal can not comprehend my divine glory, et al".

And what do you want done about that?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
Technically I 'encouraged' them to get seperate bodies... at least when it was just Shiroko and Shiyoko. They refused. But Shiyoko didn't want to vanish, and Shiroko didn't want to lose her, so... I helped fulfill their wish.

...Did you HAVE to go au natural?

..."That"?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:48 am (UTC)(link)
Still encouraging her to stay sick.

I didn't. e,e

The arrogant blowhard inside her.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 03:52 am (UTC)(link)
Technically, doesn't the same go for not making you human again?

...then why would it blow her mind?

...it's still in her? I don't suppose you're up for helping me lay the smack down, are you?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 04:03 am (UTC)(link)
Mmm. I'm not sure if that's even possible anymore. But...

IF she saw me as I am.

It would seem not. I do have this lovely array of medical tools ready.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 04:18 am (UTC)(link)
So long as your soul is intact, it should be doable. The trouble is when you have to go searching for the soul.

...okay, point, but that doesn't answer why you needed to heel her from the get go.

...well, if you want to do it the boring way.

...wait, you're not cutting through the flesh to get to it, are you?

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 04:26 am (UTC)(link)
It's the mind. At this point, my mind is incompatible with my original self. Her... aren't you curious about what it's all doing to her.

It was that or letting her get on the train.

Oh please, you think I'm a medieval quack?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 04:34 am (UTC)(link)
...signs from before seemed to indicate that she'd go back to normal once the earthbound was removed. ...I probably should have investigated more, but I didn't want to risk some sort of booby trap and lose her again.

Fine, fine.

Frankly I don't know what to expect from you, so it pays to cover my bases.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:02 am (UTC)(link)
Not just that. The build up of Dark Game Energy and Nanorobotics.

What do you expect of me?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:09 am (UTC)(link)
...it hasn't hurt Jean too much yet, for dark game energy. And nanos... I probably should have Vidya look into those.

I expect that you'll do unexpected things.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:11 am (UTC)(link)
Still. Dark Games, a god, Nanorobotics? You have to wonder that it'll change her regardless, dear.

Now what makes you think that.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:20 am (UTC)(link)
...mmm... Alright, what do you suggest?

Many things. Like that one dream that you had, that sucked everyone in.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:25 am (UTC)(link)
We yank the god out of her. Just saying, all the shit's going to end up accumulating in the long term.

And I expect encouraging her personalities will only exacerbate it.

I like feeling pretty and special. Am I not allowed to be a woman. Gawd.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:28 am (UTC)(link)
Well, that goes without saying. If you weren't, I would.

...maybe, but it'd feel a bit like murder to suppress them, at least to me.

More the fact that they were a little axe crazy... and naked... and worshipping you. ...okay, I can understand the last two. Point stands, though.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:35 am (UTC)(link)
Just thought you'd like to participate, dear.

How?

With worship comes fanaticism. It's called 'realism'.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:41 am (UTC)(link)
...I thought you were saying you had it covered.

Shiyoko and Shiroko have developed separately for 7 or so years now. They're basically their own people. Shinoko is just a kid... personality or not I don't have the heart to snub her out, or let it happen. Shihoko I could live without, but it feels... hypocritical to protect the other three and treat her differently.

Realism in dreams? I think you're mixing metaphors there.

[identity profile] thefifthmonarch.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:50 am (UTC)(link)
Still, want to help?

And the 5th?

Sometimes dreams are more vivid than reality.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2009-04-11 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
... I do, I really do... but I don't know if I should.

...that's Shiroko Kurochi. She's the original. Sounds like she's going to more or less vanish once the others rise to the surface... I'd like for her to merge with one of the others or become her own person, but she seems to dislike the idea.

...mm... While that may be, reality in dreams is often bad.
