Doing a second review, since its best I do this.

Faitayuu Onnifuji. (I would like to note, yes, that is his official name on records I've found, despite the near gibberish of it.)

Suffered visual and auditory hallucinations due to the unnamed virus that results in the ability to see duel spirits. Was ultimately suspended, I believe, from school due to assault of one Tokei, Kouji, who has since recovered from the incident.

As well, he attempted the use of force on Futaba Shiroko that ultimately resulted in invasion of personal space and the strangulation of said student.

However, this all seems to have been done under duress and hallucination, so the amount of guilt that can be placed on him as a result of an altered mental state is dubious. As well, he seems to be fully apologetic and guilty about his various actions. I am thus pretty much marking him off as sane and fit for study should the staff allow him back in.

Though if they wish, punishment is recommended, should it be detention, loss of privileges, and stripping of school rank. Should be adequate punishment for actions.

As well, moving on, he is apparently currently under a Darkness Game designed to artificially stimulate aggressive and hostile behavior to Futaba Shiroko, by unknown parties, since the end of November. Despite this, he recognizes the need to pay restitution and be reprimanded on actions concerning her... so... I do think he's pretty good.

Though, highly recommended he get some sort of training with sensitive, especially gender equality. As well as sessions to manage his anger issues and use of violence.
