After several weeks of treatment, subsisting of electrical therapy, anger management, and one or two other things I was not around for, I am willing for the moment to declare Futaba Shiroko mentally cognizant and stable.
While I will leave readmitting her to staff, as well as anything else included, I will note her sister, the victim in the case that ensued, wishes to keep her breakdown a family matter and is refusing to allow any charges to be pressed.
As well, I think we all hold some responsibility for not getting her some level of psychiatric evaluation after her kidnapping and what I can confirm was severe torture as long as the Duel Spirits appearing, which were all set offs.
However, I recommend she stay under continued evaluation and monitoring as needed. And her body can't take standard medications due to circumstances beyond our control, though I recommend she be kept under low amounts of stress, as too much of a push could set off depression or another psychotic episode.
